Here is part of the crew patiently waiting for the train to show up. It was right on time.

Ethan and Guelly spent most of the trip looking out the windows. All 4 of the kids were really good during the train ride and really, all day long.

The Children's Museum at Navy Pier had lots and lots of stuff for the kids to see and do. Here is Alex checking out a doll house.

This was supposed to be a project where the kids could build a project out of the pieces. The kids quickly lost interest in it, but the bigger 'kids' really got into it.

Ethan got up the courage to climb up the ropes and then cross over the wide open spaces. First time he went on his hands and knee, then got up the nerve to stand up and walk across. Guelly finally tried it later, but wouldn't stand up and walk, he just crawled.

Hunting for dinosaur bones - Ethan and Guelly give Mindy a hand.

Hannah had a good time and tried to imitate what she saw the other kids doing.

Alex, on the other hand, decided it was a good place to just lie down.

The water park was a big hit with the older two boys. Had a hard time getting them to leave. At least it gave Alex and Hannah time to take a nap.

Here is the crew waiting for the free trolley to show up and take us to Michigan Street. Guelly relaxed just for a minute on the trolley in Grandpa's arms and fell asleep.

Here are the kids after we got done eating Chicago style pizza at Gino's. There was a long wait everywhere we went. Here, because we WERE a big group, we were seated almost immediately!

Part of the old Union Station. Left Chicago on time and arrived back in Bryan on time. Everybody slept most of the way home.
