Here we go again....

If you look carefully in this picture, which was taken from US 127 at the S curve just south of FV, you will see Dan rolling a large tire in the bean field.
Here is another shot taken at the edge of the field.   Now you may ask, how did a tire end up in the bean field?   The farmers out there may have an inkling as to how this could possibly happen....
Here is the wagon that the tire came off of.   In fact, both front tires came off at the same time!
A shot of the front of the wagon, sitting in Nathan and Jen Guilford's driveway.
Doesn't that look nice?   It is a wagon that had about 450 bushels of wheat on it at the time.   Luckily, most of the wheat was still in it.
A close-up of where the tire is supposed to be.
 The other side.
Dent in the hopper box itself.
 Some dents in the front.
One of the wheels that came off.   Good news is nobody was hurt and I wasn't driving it this time!   Dan was!

They are clean!

They all had a bath and are clean and ready for bed.   Ok, some are more ready than others.   We will see if Ethan beats his 11:30pm bedtime from last night.

Overnight guests - Fritz kids

While their parents are off partying in Canada, the Fritz kids are spending the rest of the week here with me.   They were with Grandma and Grandpa by the shop for the first part of the week.   Here is how they decided to sleep the first night:
Miss Hannah made a nest for herself out of blankets and pillows in Grandpa's chair for the night.
Carter passed out about 9:15 (no nap) and slept most of the night on the floor.   He woke up once calling "Mommy, Mommy, Mommy" and promptly went back to sleep, on me, in my chair.
Ethan called the couch, but about 1 am I woke up to a clunk.   He fell off the couch.   He picked himself up, said "I'm OK" to nobody in particular and went right back to sleep.
